The St. Regis Bora Bora- Fitness Coaching

A state of the art Fitness Center fully equipped by TechnoGym is open 24 hours and is located next to the Tennis Court. Overlooking the lagoonarium, the Fitness Center is a peaceful haven to immerse in complete wellness experiences for the mind, body and soul.

Our Wellness Trainer is also on hand to assist with fitness programs for health maintenance or achievement of short or long-term fitness goals. She provides personalized Private Coaching Sessions on request at the Fitness Center or in the Villas. The tailor made private coaching can include a wide range of wellness activities such as: Bodysculpt, Cardio training, HIIT, Running, Pilates, Yoga, Body&Mind, Stretching, Meditation, Aquafitness and Swimming lessons.

Group wellness classes are organized from Monday until Friday and are subject to a charge. Guests are requested to book any of the classes in advance at the Miri Miri Spa or with the Concierge desk.

Polynesian Dance : Discover traditional culture through the local dance “Otea and Aparima”.

Aquafitness : Mix of cardio-training and strengthening exercises using the resistance of the water.

Yoga : Dynamic Yoga based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa method. The combination of breathing and movement creates flow between the postures (asanas).

Private Yoga Paddle : PrivateYoga session on paddle board to challenge deep muscles and balance (18 500 XPF/ 1 or 2 persons).

Core Training : Session to strengthen abdominal and back muscles.

Body&Mind, Mix of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Stretching with relaxation at the end of the class.

Meditation : combination ofbreathing and concentration to refresh and calm mind and body.

Pilates : Soft technique of deep muscles strengthening. Pilates uses breathing to tone up the core (abdominals and back).

HIIT : Hight Intensity Interval Training, circuit training with intense cardio and strengthening exercises.
