By dialing the "butler operation" extension on the telephone, our team of St. Regis Butlers is available to facilitate requests, working as a liaison with all other service areas within the resort to ensure an enjoyable stay. The St. Regis Butler can assist you arranging a romantic flower petal turndown or even a day on your very own private island. Guests of the resort's exclusive Royal Estate have a dedicated St. Regis Butler throughout their stay to manage and facilitate all requests.
