Be sure to try the signature offerings of the Osusume Sashimi, a rare combination of the chef’s finest selections of locally sourced fish and Japanese delicacies, along with a selection of cooked dishes with a Japanese influence including Ebi Teppan, Tori Katsu Curry and Salmon Misoyaki. Our collection of sake, with each representing the best that Japan has to offer. Dinner is served from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Saturdays. The dress code is Resort Casual at Sushi Take Restaurant. Reservations are recommended.
