Our authentic Polynesian inspired restaurant Te Pahu boasts beachside dining and features separate menus for breakfast, and   lunch and dinner. With Executive Chef Yann Mikolajczak's exquisite taste, menu specialties include mouthwatering main courses such as Tahitian style raw fish marinated with coconut milk and lime juice , the Poached lobster served with a lightly smoked Kumbu broth, some crispy vegetables and citrus fruit, or the  exquisite Poached Uravena and its XO artichoke, Nashi Pear and shitakes, Asian style beef sauce, amongst much more.
