With Executive Chef Olivier Fajol's exquisite taste, Polynesian menu specialties include mouthwatering main courses such as Tahitian style Raw Fish marinated with coconut milk and lime juice , a declination of local grilled fish served with traditional tahitian sides, flambéed fruits and much more.

Chef Sanjay has joined our Kitchen team and presents a flavorful A la Carte Menu every Monday night at Te Pahu Restaurant. Chef Sanjay is also available to cook for our Indian and vegetarian guests throughout the week.

Te Pahu Restaurant is open from 06:30AM to 10:30AM daily for breakfasts and from 06:30PM to 10:00PM for Polynesian Evenings. Polynesian Show starts at 08:00PM. Dress code is Resort casual.
